Neighbourhood

Unwind in Nice with a stay in this gorgeous holiday rental apartment. This contemporary home is located less than 200m away from the famous Promenade des Anglais. The legendary blue lounge chairs of the promenade give strollers the opportunity to sit, relax and enjoy the view of Baie des Anges. Enjoy the year-round sunshine and lazy days on the famous pebbled-beaches – just a hop away from your Nice holiday rental apartment.

The St Phillipe neighbourhood enjoys all the perks of a central location: bakeries, grocery stores, charming restaurants, and bistrots are all close at hand. There is a supermarket on Boulevard Gambetta, just one street across, to stock up on ingredients before you try your hand at French cuisine.

Nice Centre is easily accessible, with the Old Town of Nice a 20 minutes stroll away. The city also has a first-class public transport system.

Should you wish to explore beyond Nice, the train station Nice Ville is just a 15min walk away. From there, trains will take you to either side of the French Riviera: Cannes, San Remo, Monaco, Marseilles… The train option is actually one of the unsung joys of the region; as the track hems the coast, allowing views you would never get from the road.

Building

This holiday rental apartment is quietly nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a typically Niçois building. Marble steps will take you to the 3rd  floor, to your Nice vacation property. 

There is no lift.

 

Living Area

Cool colours and understated furnishings – this home certainly reflects the owner’s love of style.

Discover an airy open-plan space decorated with a delicate colour palette, making for a soothing retreat from the busy city.

Parquet floors, an ornamental original fireplace, understated wooden table and soft blue chairs all complement the modern aesthetic of this quiet home. The gorgeously designed iron mirror adds new height to the room, already airy as the light floods in the tall French windows.

A plump sofa - with seating for 3 - waits for your comfort after a long day of exploring the city. It faces a large flat screen, which provides ambiance and entertainment, along with an integrated French cable, WiFi, and DVD wall mounted system. 

A contemporary dining table – with seating for four- stands adjacent to a sleek kitchen island.

Kitchen

Illuminated by pendant lighting and a large window, it offers the perfect space for casual entertaining. Function, as well as style, is in the spotlight here. The gourmet kitchen is decorated in the same on-trend tones of grey as the living room – and is fully equipped too.

Find a full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob with oven, and microwave.

Amenities in this Nice holiday rental apartment include a washing machine and tumble dryer. These can be found conveniently integrated in the large built-in wardrobe in the entrance hallway. 

 

Bedrooms

The master bedroom, with its ornate headboard, comfortable British Super King (180cm) and travel-inspired prints will entice the greatest nomads to settle for a night or two. This comfortable space enjoys bedside tables, overhead reading lamps, plush cushions and its very own TV. The long windows are edged by light red curtains, which add the perfect touch of colour to this otherwise natural toned room.

Find abundant wardrobe space and built-in wooden cabinetry both in the bedroom and the small hallway that leads to the en suite bathroom.

Next door, the twin bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) enjoys a similar tasteful setup with elegant headboards, wooden bedside tables, and ample storage space.

  

Bathrooms & WC

The main bathroom is at the end of the entrance hallway. Delightfully designer with its modern grey tiles, it enjoys a large walk-in shower, rain head, double sink, wall-mounted mirror and toilet.

The second en-suite bathroom, although slightly smaller – enjoys the same layout as the main bathroom, with a tasteful mosaic of grey and black tiles.  IT has a walk-in shower, rain head, sink, mirror, and a toilet.

 -- Beach towels are available in apartment, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure.

Great apartment to stay at! Centrally located and a wonderful bakery nearby. The beach is just 5min away which was great for the kids. The host was great to communicate with. We had a fabulous time and look forward to staying here again!

Muy lindo y cómodo departamento con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días muy lindos, solo el percance de que mi amiga estaba herida de un pie y debes de subir 4 pisos por escalera pero demás todo impecable y súper recomendable

That was amazing stay in Nomad Appartment. Very stylish, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect: bakery downstairs, Italian and French restaurants just near by, few steps from the sea. Sunlight properties have made our stay absolutely comfortable and reacted to our asks immediately. Thank you very much Catherine! Everything was perfect!
