Les Fleurs neighbourhood is centrally located on the Hotel Negresco side of Nice. It is a lovely residential French neighbourhood, calm yet central. Only four streets from the Promenade des Anglais, the beach is a 10-minute stroll from the apartment and 15 minutes away to the main ‘Nice Ville’ train station. Grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants are within a few minutes of the front door of your holiday rental apartment.

This holiday rental apartment is located in a typical French building with balconies. The vacation rental is located on the 4th floor and has a small two-person lift.
The windows are original French ones. No double-glazing.
The living area is airy and spacious. It is decorated with colourful Matisse prints, the high ceilings and six full length windows flood the room with wonderful Nicois sunshine. The two sofas offer plenty of seating for six, along with a comfortable, high-qulaity sofa bed mattress.
There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock.
There is also a separate air-conditioning unit in the living room.
*The sofa can also be transformed into a double 140cm bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 6 people comfortably.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and washing machine/dryer combination. It is fully stocked with cookware to inspire the budding French chef in you. You'll have plenty of space and amenities in your holiday rental apartment in Nice to cook up your best meal yet!
The dining area is separate and centrally located in the apartment. It can seat five to six comfortably.
The main bedroom is adorned with pretty prints and has a 160cm British king size bed with a memory foam mattress topper. It has two bedside tables, reading lamps, and a wardrobe for storage space.
The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds with a memory foam mattress topper and some additional storage space for belongings.
Both bedrooms have private access to their own balconies with tables and chairs just waiting to be enjoyed for a sunny breakfast or an evening aperitif. They also have individually controlled air conditioning systems.
The recently renovated bathroom is decorated in relaxing cornflower blue tiles. It has a bath with shower and two mirrors with his and her handbasins. No toilet.

-- Beach towels are available in apt, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure.

Beautiful large and bright apartment in a very convenient location in residential area in Nice. Well equipped and clean unit, great communication from hosts, and fast response to requests and questions. We enjoyed our 10-day stay with our two adult children, and would gladly rent this unit again.

We had a great time at this flat. Well equipped for a short stay, we had all we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. The communication with agency was excellent, they were flexible and even accommodated to our small requests. The location was great, just outside Gambetta. We had two supermarkets and lots of bakeries nearby. For the kids delight, we had the playground at Alsace Lorraine, the famous Peccati de Gola ice-cream just downstairs and the sea was just 5 min away. Will definitely look at renting it again when coming back to Nice.

Really nice space in an area near the hotspots but off the beaten tourist path. Bed is comfortable. Wifi is decent and the host communication is quick and easy. 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute to the old town. It's a lovely base for exploring Nice.

Good location, 15-20 minutes walk to the Massena and old city. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Hope to come back again.

Brought my Dad to Nice for a break. Booked through Sunlight properties, they were amazing! Great help finding the right location, laid on a free collection from the airport, and met us at the apartment to show us how everything works. The apartment was excellent, few streets back from the beach, and maybe 10/15 minute walk to old-town area. It was clean, and as shown in the pictures.

We loved our stay at le Perle in October great location and very nicely decorated. Be aware that there are 3 showers but only 2 toilets if traveling with larger groups. Hanna was a great help and very knowledgeable of the area I hope to return

I travelled as a party of 6 & had a very enjoyable stay in Nice. We were met at the airport & the pre-arranged taxi took us straight to the apartment, only 20mins away. Tamara was our host, who was very knowledgeable & keen to offer help on any aspect of our stay. Apartment was very well presented and ideally situated, only a few minutes from the seafront. Would definitely recommend booking through sunlight properties and a couple in our party are already looking to book up their next trip. (UK - June 2016)

We really enjoyed our stay in Nice and this apartment was superb. The apartment is light and spacious and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Comfortable beds and air conditioning so everyone slept well. The location is good, close to the promenade and a short walk or bus to the old town and the restaurants. The bus stop for the airport is very convenient too. We felt very welcomed by the hosts and they were relaxed and accommodating for our check out time. Communication before the stay was excellent and the arranged transport from the airport was much appreciated. If we have the chance to come back to Nice we would most likely try to stay here again. My husband and I stayed in Nice as a "home base" to explore the South of France (Cote D'Azur). The Adelia apartment was in a superb location to easily walk to the train station, beach, restaurants, sightseeing, museums, etc. It was in a residential part of town so it was also close to a bank, grocery store and bakery. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including balconies to sit and sip afternoon wine, and a dvd collection for relaxing evenings after long days of exploring Eza, Monaco, Cannes, Antibes. Dana from Sunlight Properties couldn't have made the process any easier - including providing complimentary taxi service from the airport to the apartment on a midnight arrival (taxi driver had keys for us). I couldn't find a hairdryer so upon emailing Dana, she arrived with a brand new hair dryer and flat iron. :) She also arranged for a taxi to return us to the airport upon departure. I would highly recommend Sunlight Properties/Dana and Adelia apartment!

We loved staying at Adeila. The apartment is well kitted out and offers home comforts. There is a lift so getting up to the fourth floor wasn't a problem. But, by far the best thing was the location. It's an easy walk to the beach, the Promenade, the shops, the station and the Old Town etc. The one bit of advice I would offer is that if you have very young kids, it might not be the place for you as the double doors from each bedroom and the kitchen can't be locked (child proofed) and they all lead on to balconies. But for anyone else, it's a 9/10. (UK)

Adeila is a lovely place to stay and enjoy Nice. The apartment is a truly welcoming place to return to after a hard day at the beach - spacious, cool and well equipped. The Location is excellent, handy for the beach and train station. Fantastic selection of DVDs - please arrange some bad weather so we can watch them!!!

This is a beautiful apartment, finished to a very high standard, in one the best locations in Nice. It is in a very safe area, only a few minutes stroll to the beach, food market, restaurants and shopping centre. Don't look any further just book it, you won't be disappointed.
