Neighbourhood

Located in the Old Town ramparts of Villefranche sur Mer, the simple charm of by-gone times will overwhelm you with stone pebbled walkways, arches, and tumbling flowers reaching for the sparkling sunlight of the Mediterranean.  Everything is at your doorstep: the baker, the butcher, and restaurants galore.  The beach and the Villefranche port is a pebbles throw away. The location is unbeatable, with two balconies overlooking the stunning bay. 

Building

This holiday rental apartment is on the second floor from the port side, but the entrance is on ground level from the street side.  There are no steps to climb.  The total area is 2400 sq ft, which makes this the largest apartment in Villefranche's Old Town. It is in one of the oldest buildings, built in 1720.  High celings and charming features abound throughout the apartment.  

There is a basement to store bikes, if needed.

Living Area

Read a book on the sunny balcony or choose to lounge around on one of the two plush  sofas.  The apartment furnishings have been freshly decorated in a style of by-gone times--let the antique style take you away to another era!  The owner has put special thought in all of the beautiful bedding, curtains, and fabrics that surround you.  There is comfortable seating for 8, satellite TV, and a video player.

Kitchen

The kitchen is decorated in a cream provencale.  It is fully outfitted with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer.  It is a very large space-- perfect for entertaining friends and family alike, with an extra large dining table for 6.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom has a double bed (150cm) with a small balcony and a wonderful view over the bay.  It includes an en suite with walk-in shower of Portuguese marble, a cupboard with hanging space, two bedside tables, and lamps for reading.

The second bedroom has a wonderful romantic sleigh bed (150cm) with an en suite walk-in shower, in the same style as the master bedroom.  There are plenty of hanging spaces and cupboards, 2 bedside tables, and lamps for reading.

The third bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds and a desk. There is also a bedside table with reading lamp and plenty of cupboard space.

Bathroom & WC

All three bathrooms are designed in a gentle pink Portuguese marble. All bathrooms have walk in-showers with one bathtub available in the main bathroom.

Bathroom 1 overlooks the port with a double sink, stand alone bathtub, walk-in shower,  toilet, and bidet.

Bathroom 2 has a toilet, walk-in shower, and bidet.

Bathroom 3 has a toilet, walk-in shower, and bidet.
