Neighborhood

This villa is located a few minutes drive from Port Grimaud, in a quiet little neighbourhood named “Notre Dame”. Although surrounded by other villas, it is completely secluded and enjoys full privacy with absolutely zero vis à vis.

Port Grimaud, known as "Little Venice" is one of the French Riviera's most beautiful holiday villages, Port Grimaud has been built in true Provençal style around a maze of canals and walkways.

Many hours can be happily spent wandering around it's delightful streets, shopping at the twice-weekly market, or just relaxing in one of the many pavement cafés, waterside bars or various restaurants with mouth-watering cuisine to suit all tastes and budgets.

Port Gimaud enjoys lovely panoramic views across the clear, blue, Mediterranean to cosmopolitan St.Tropez - a visit to which is a must and only a short boat ride away

The Villa is located just 2 KM away from the beach. And the grocery stores/ downtown are located 600 meters away.

Building

Beautiful and highly maintained large 4 bedroomed Villa with pool. Enjoy extremely private, manicured grounds, with terraces and covered parking for several cars. 

The Villa in itself is 200sqm and the grounds 2000sqm.

Living Area

The living area is open plan with dining and kitchen area. 

There is a large dining table and breakfast bar for convenient quick bites. The area is bright and airy and yet cosy with a seating area to enjoy the open fire.

Solid wood beams and plenty of French doors offer the most perfect, authentic Provence feeling one can dream of. The living area is extended, all at once, outdoors and indoors!

The magnificent terrace enjoys a view of the pool.  Find a round dining table, comfy couches and seating for everyone to do as they please-- whether it is snuggling up to an exciting novel or whiling away the hours chatting and sipping your favourite Rosé.

Kitchen

This villa enjoys an indoor and outdoor kitchen with everything you could need for cosy nights in or summer dining Al fresco!

Indoors find a ceramic hob, oven, and fridge and a freezer. There is also a second fridge in the pool house

Outdoors find a wood burning grill, a large stone wash basin, beautiful marge dining table for 8 and the pool just a hop, skip and a jump away….

Bedrooms

There are 4 double bedrooms all beautifully decorated in both rustic and romantic Provencal styles, gently highlighted with some modern touches though out. There is enough storage space for a couple in all bedrooms.

The 1st bedroom, fun and colourful, includes all you need for a good night sleep; reading lights, curtains for privacy and shutters for that all important late morning sleep in.

Bedroom 2 is bright and airy with double French doors. This room is romantically decorated with a 140cm four-poster bed and sheer cream violet panel curtains. 2 bedside lamps, curtains and shutters all create the perfect night time rest could want.

Bedroom 3 induces calm with its orange washed walls typical of Provence. The warm rich colours invoke the memories of Matisse and Van Gogh whom adored this region so much. With both a rustic and modern feel find antique cabinetry blended in with a modern bathroom which enjoys his and her sinks and luxury bathtub with handheld shower. Plenty of storage, bedside lighting, curtains and shutters make the room complete.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom has a 140cm bed and plenty of closet space. There is also a Bathroom, toilet and large shower. 

Bathroom & WC

The Villa is equipped with 3 bathrooms and a WC. This includes 3 toilets, 3 showers and 1 bathtub in total. All bathrooms and WC are modern yet in keeping with traditional charm of the villa and kept to a high standard.

The master bathroom en suite is equipped with double sinks, a large bath and handheld shower. All decorated in wood and burnt orange.

Another bedroom enjoys a walk-in shower and toilet. 

There is also a common shower room with large sink and mirror and a separate WC with toilet and hand sink.

There is also an independent toilet next to the kitchen and living room.

-- All of our properties have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge, organic wine, etc. 

-- Beach towels are available in apt, but must be left cleaned ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure.

Security Deposit and Rules

-- 1500€ to be taken by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival returned once property checked for damage. A 500€ block will be administered by valid Credit Card on arrival, charged only when damage occurs over and above 1500€.

-- No Smoking, inside property. Smoking outside is permitted if there is a terrace or balcony available.
