Neighbourhood

St Césaire sur Siagne is a charming medieval village in the hills behind Grasse. Only 16 km away of the famous perfume city, it lies pretty surrounded by olive trees and green valleys. Idyllic landscapes of wooded hills, views of the Maures and Estérel await.

Located near the village of St Césaire sur Siagne, only 16km away from the famous perfume city, Grasse, this villa offers the perfect composition between ultimate peace and convenience.

If you like old buildings, you're bound to enjoy a visit to the medieval village: remnants of town walls dating back to the 14th century, a beautiful church built from pink stone, lintel doors and wash-houses, tiled roofs and covered passageways, shady little squares and fountains, not forgetting the superb Fontaine aux mulets. 

With the charming village of St Cézaire sur Siagne just a few minutes away, everything you need is close at hand -- pharmacies, doctors, bakeries, cafés, ‘tabacs’, and farmers markets. A larger supermarket, “Carrefour Contact” is also only a short drive away--about 5 minutes drive. 

We do recommend having a car for this villa.

Enjoy being so close to the legendary Côte d’Azur, with its warm sun and blue skies, beaches and colourful events. Yet, at the same time, enjoy the tranquil charm of Provence in this sanctuary on the hills of Grasse.

Villa

This charming villa is situated in its own private domain – secured with iron gates, and surrounded with lush greenery. Enjoy extremely private, Mediterranean gardens with terraces and parking for several cars. We estimate the parking can welcome up to 3 cars. 

This charming family home is set up on two floors, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms upstairs.  It can accommodate up to 8 guests. It is south facing – meaning many hours of sun-bathing in the lounging chairs by the pool. 

The outdoor spaces offer multiple charming areas, some shaded, some not. Perfect for unwinding and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. 

An inviting terrace beckons guests to indulge in al fresco dining, where the delightful plancha awaits, ensuring a seamless BBQ experience and cold rosé always within reach.

  

Living Area

A spacious living area makes for the perfect indoor chilling area. Comfortable sofas and armchairs offer the perfect setting for cosy evenings in. A TV stands in the corner, should you wish to plan a movie night. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Large double windows open onto the garden.

There is a second "entertainment space" where one can  can find a separate place to relax, with a sofa. This space is organised around a pool table.  A desk in the far left of the room acts as the ideal working space. With the gardens and the pool just a step away, day-dreaming is bound to occur more than once. Consider yourself forewarned!

As for dining facilities, there are three options: enjoy a lovely family dinner around the grand wooden table inside or dine al fresco on one of the terraces. each table can seat up to 8 people. The inside dining area is vast and luminous.

 

Kitchen

The kitchen is simple yet perfectly equipped for the slightest need. There you will find all your favourite amenities: freezer, fridge, microwave, hob, oven, and dishwasher.

A plancha can be found outside on the terrace - ideal for those warm summer evenings and rosé-infused dinners al fresco.

Bedrooms

There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 on the ground floor, and 2 upstairs. The two bedrooms downstairs (each have a 140cm double bed), open up to the garden. 

The third bedroom upstairs is ideal for children or friends as it offers two single beds (90cm each). It also has a built-in wardrobe, two bed side tables with night lamps. 

The fourth bedroom enjoys a SuperKing size bed (200cm). Each bedroom enjoys plenty of storage space.

The 2 upstairs bedrooms have AC and the 2 downstairs bedrooms have a shared AC unit that is located in the hallway. There are additional fans for each bedroom to ensure comfortable temperatures.

Bathrooms & WC

There is a total of 2 bathrooms in the villa, with one extra WC.

The first bathroom is located just downstairs and features a shower, sink and toilet.

The second bathroom is upstairs - and features a walk-in shower, sink and bathtub. 

Additionally, there is a separate WC next to the living area for convenience.

-- All of our holiday rental properties have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge, organic wine, etc. 

 

-- Beach towels are available in the holiday rental property, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure. 

 

Security Deposit & Rules

-- Luxury Villa Security Deposit of 2000€: 1500€ to be taken by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival, returned once property checked for damage. A 500€ block will be administered by valid Credit Card on arrival, charged only when damage occurs over and above 1500€.

-- No Smoking, inside property. Smoking outside is permitted on the terrace only.
