 Only a short 20-minute drive from the historic center of Grasse, known as the perfume capital, guests can meander through charming cobbled streets, explore the vibrant market squares, and indulge in the rich history of this captivating town. The villa's strategic location provides easy access to adjacent villages in the hinterland, including Montauroux, Caillan, Cabris, and Tourette-sur-Loup, ensuring a delightful exploration of the region's hidden gems. For those yearning for the sandy beaches of the French Riviera - Cannes, Cannes-La-Bocca, and Mandelieu beckon, just a scenic 30-35 minute drive away. 

Additionally, the local conveniences of Peymeinade, a short drive from the villa, offer a plethora of amenities, from supermarkets to bakeries, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Villa & exterior

Spanning 180m2, the villa offers a serene escape overlooking the hills of Grasse. South-facing, guests will be able to enjoy the gentle sun and panoramic views throughout the day.  

Our villa's exterior is a testament to leisure and fun, featuring three levels of garden space. Start with a relaxing area complete with a barbecue for memorable family feasts, then dive into the splendid pool in the second level for sun-soaked moments. The third level is reserved for children's play and spirited afternoons thanks to the  pétanque court.

The pool area is fully private (not heated).

There is an electric gate and parking for 1 car inside the domain, as well as free street parking available, in front of the house.

 

Living Area 

Encompassing over 80m2 on the ground floor, the double living room is adorned with classic furnishings, creating a warm and inviting ambiance for guests to socialise and relax. Large windows line the space, allowing natural light to flood the room during the day.

 The seamless flow between the indoors and the outdoor terraced space invites guests to appreciate the views of the belvedere while enjoying the comfort of plush seating. This thoughtfully designed living area is an ideal setting for quality family time, friendly gatherings, or simply unwinding after a day of exploration. 

The adjoining dining area makes for the perfect space – with a large dining table that can seat up to 8 guests.

 

Kitchen

Whether you're preparing a family feast or a romantic dinner, the kitchen offers a plethora of appliances and ample space for every culinary endeavor. Its Provençale décor offers the perfect backdrop for creating and enjoying meals together – either at the breakfast table or in the adjacent open-plan dinner space.

Amenities included: oven, 4 ring hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine. A few steps away, you’ll find a utility room with a large American fridge/freezer unit – as well as a washer and dryer. 

 

Bedrooms

On the ground floor, you will find two expansive en-suite bedrooms cater to your comfort, one with a lavish bathroom and the other with a refreshing shower room, ensuring a restful retreat. 

Ascend to the first floor, where two additional bedrooms await, designed with families in mind. These rooms share a common bathroom and open onto an elevated terrace, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the hills, a perfect sanctuary for your children, teenagers, or in-laws.

All beds are King beds (160cm) except the blue bedroom upstairs which is a double (140cm). Every bedroom enjoys AC as well as mosquito nets to ensure comfortable nights of rest.

 

Bathrooms & WC 

The ground floor houses two en-suite bathrooms. The first one combines provençale style with a large bay window to create a tranquil spa-like atmosphere. It is adorned with a spacious bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration as well as a shower and toilet for convenience.

The second ensuite is equipped with a refreshing shower, sink and toilet.  

There is shared bathroom on the first floor - thoughtfully designed to accommodate the needs of family members or guests staying upstairs, with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

 

Particulars

  • The house is suitable for children, but not necessarily for the youngest (toddlers) due to stairs, land on several levels, no pool cover (although you obviously have an alarm).  
  • Additional linen available upon request.

-- All of our holiday rental properties have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge, organic wine, etc.  

-- Beach towels are available in the holiday rental property, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure.

 

Security Deposit & Rules

-- Luxury Villa Security Deposit of 2000€: 1500€ to be taken by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival, returned once property checked for damage. A 500€ block will be administered by valid Credit Card on arrival, charged only when damage occurs over and above 1500€.
