Neighbourhood:

Enjoy the peaceful hillside retreat while still benefiting from the proximity to the sparkling Mediterranean coast. The neighborhood is enchanting and idyllic, offering a harmonious blend of convenience and charm. Situated within walking distance of the charming village of La Colle Sur Loup (350m), this area exudes a Provencal charm with its quaint streets and lush greenery.

Guests can enjoy leisurely walks through the picturesque village, where local shops, charming cafes, and a supermarket are within easy reach, providing the perfect setting for a relaxed and immersive experience.

The beach and Nice International airport are just a short drive away (15 mins), providing an ideal balance of serene countryside living and accessibility to nearby coastal attractions. The famous village of St Paul de Vence is also within easy reach, offering art, history, and breathtaking views just a short drive from the villa (8 mins).

Building:

The home was designed and furnished in a modern Provençal style with comfort in mind. Spread out on two floors, it offers the perfect space for families or friends to enjoy a comfortable stay. The main level of the villa boasts the main living area, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms – each with en suite bathrooms. The lower level of the villa unveils a newly renovated 52m2 apartment, comprising a 15m2 bedroom, living room featuring an American kitchen, and a convenient shower room with WC.

A separate laundry space is also found on the lower floor.

As for the layout of the domain: the gated entrance leads to a large parking area that can fit up to 5 cars. There is also a secure garage that can hold one car.

The garden of "Mas des Échos" spreads over an expansive 1800m2. Surrounded by hedges, you will find a tranquil retreat amidst the natural beauty of the sprawling hills.

The outdoor spaces offer multiple charming areas, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. An inviting terrace beckons guests to indulge in al fresco dining, where the delightful outside kitchen, complete with a fridge and sink, ensures a seamless BBQ experience and cold rosé always within reach.

Unwind and refresh in the swimming pool, or enjoy the serene ambiance of the decorative fish pond. A small pétanque area adds a touch of fun to your leisure time.

Living Area:

The entrance leads you to the heart of the home – on the main floor of the villa - the open-plan living and dining room, spanning an impressive 63m3 and adorned with a charming cheminee, inviting relaxation and cherished gatherings.

A large dining table, surrounded by comfortable seating, sets the stage for delightful feasts and convivial conversations. The tasteful décor is complemented by natural light filtering through the windows.

Kitchen:

The 17m2 kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, and American fridge. A coffee station awaits for those essential morning brews.

With its functional and cozy layout, this kitchen caters to the needs of both novice cooks and seasoned chefs alike – while creating an inviting atmosphere for cooking and socializing. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet feast, this well-appointed kitchen provides the perfect setting to unleash your culinary creativity.

Bedrooms:

The main level of the villa features three enchanting bedrooms, each offering its own en suite facilities. All bedrooms enjoy ample storage and AC, for the comfort of every guest.

Bedroom 1 – with a 180cm Superking bed - spans 32m2 and includes a luxurious en suite bathroom with a shower, bath, and WC.

Bedroom 2 – with a 160cm King bed - covering 19m2, offers the convenience of an en suite shower and WC room.

Bedroom 3 – with a 140cm double bed - with 13m3 of space, features an en suite shower (no WC).

Bedroom 4 – is located in the apartment on the lower level – and features a 180cm Superking Bed. This bed can also be split into two single beds – offering an ideal option for teenagers or friends who are happy to share a room.

Bathrooms & WC:

Each bathroom has been thoughtfully renovated, showcasing impeccable fixtures and stylish finishes. The contemporary design and practical amenities create relaxing spaces, perfect for freshening up and revitalizing – conveniently located en suite to each bedroom.

Additionally, there is a WC next to the living area for convenience.

-- All of our holiday rental properties have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge, organic wine, etc. 

 

-- Beach towels are available in the holiday rental property, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure. 

 

 

Security Deposit & Rules

-- Luxury Villa Security Deposit of 2000€: 1500€ to be taken by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival, returned once property checked for damage. A 500€ block will be administered by valid Credit Card on arrival, charged only when damage occurs over and above 1500€.

-- No Smoking, inside property. Smoking outside is permitted on the terrace only.

Wonderful house with good outdoor area: lounge, outdoor kitchen and swimming pool with sun beds. Sunlight is a good organization you can rely on.
