Situated in a secure building, this apartment provides peace of mind and a sense of security throughout your stay.  

With its relatively new construction, the building boasts contemporary design elements and amenities, including an elevator for easy access, double-gated entrance and a live-in guardian. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

Additionally, you'll have the added benefit of a parking spot in the underground garage (-4), providing secure and convenient parking for your stay. The spot is of standard size so not suitable for extra wide vehicles or vans above 1.90 high. 

Living Area

The living room in this apartment in Nice features an open-plan layout with a dining table – with seating for 4. It seamlessly connects to the kitchen, creating a spacious and sociable atmosphere to enjoy after long days of exploring the French Riviera.

-- Beach towels are available in the holiday rental property, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure. 

Security Deposit & Rules

-- Security Deposit: 500€ blocked by Credit Card on arrival, charged only when damage occurs

-- No Smoking, inside property. Smoking outside is permitted if there is a terrace or balcony available in your holiday rental apartment in Nice.
