Neighbourhood

Cannes la Bocca is a charming and peaceful residential area located in the western part of Cannes, on the French Riviera. It's situated between the Mediterranean Sea to the south and the rugged hills of the Massif de l'Esterel to the north, offering beautiful natural scenery and a wide range of outdoor activities.

The neighbourhood is known for its beautiful beaches, including Plage de la Bocca and Plage du Midi, which are perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. 

Cannes la Bocca has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with plenty of local shops, cafes, and restaurants to explore. You'll find everything from traditional French bistros and seafood restaurants to international cuisine from around the world. There are also many local shops in the vicinity – bakery, butcher and supermarkets – alm within walking distance.

Transportation is also convenient in Cannes la Bocca, with easy access to the A8 motorway and several bus routes that connect the neighbourhood to the rest of Cannes and the surrounding areas. Plus, the Cannes la Bocca train station is just a short walk from the apartment (15 mins), making it easy to explore the rest of the French Riviera by train.

The city of Cannes is just a short drive away (5mins) where you can experience the glamour and excitement of the famous Cannes Film Festival.

Building

This holiday rental apartment is located in the “Palme d’Azur” gated complex which offers a wide range of accommodation and amenities – designed to enhance your stay. 

The apartment is located on the 4th  floor, with access by elevator. There is a security magnetic fob to enter the premises.

The building enjoys access to two large outdoor pools, surrounded by a sun terrace and loungers, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a refreshing swim. These are open between April and October.

There is a security desk that is staffed 24 hours a day, as well as a lounge area where you can socialize with other guests.

Access to a private parking spot in the secure underground parking lot is included with the rental of this apartment.

 

Living Area

The living room is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It's furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The TV is equipped with a Chromecast system making it easy to stream your favourite music channels or catch up on the latest episode of the current hit series. 

The adjacent dining area has a table and chairs where you can enjoy meals together.

The apartment also has a private balcony, with a dining table where you can enjoy al fresco meals - or simply a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the stunning sea view of the sparkling Mediterranean.

And if you need to stay connected, the apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can easily stay in touch with family and friends back home. 

 

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. There is also a half-size dishwasher – and washing machine. 

Bedrooms

With two sleeping spaces, our apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. 

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second sleeping area has a single bed, making it ideal for a family with a small child. or groups of friends traveling together. 

Both beds are made with high-quality linens for a comfortable night's sleep.

 

Bathrooms & WC

Despite its small size, the bathroom is well-organized and efficient, with everything within easy reach. It is a comfortable and functional space, perfect for a quick shower or getting ready in the morning.

There is a separate WC.

-- Beach towels are available in the holiday rental property, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure. 

 

Security Deposit & Rules

-- Security Deposit: 500€ blocked by Credit Card on arrival, charged only when damage occurs

-- No Smoking, inside property Smoking outside is permitted if there is a terrace or balcony available in your holiday rental apartment in the South of France.

This is a small cozy accommodation with everything you need and everything that was stated in the description. Noteworthy is the view of the pool and the sea from the balcony. The parking in the underground garage makes it very easy for guests arriving by car, as you can get here quickly by elevator and load all things for the beach in the car. The beach, which you can see from the apartment, is unfortunately not suitable for daily visits, because there are no opportunities to lie here. For this you have to walk about 10-15 minutes or drive a short distance by car, which is no problem due to numerous free parking facilities and quick access to the car through the own parking garage. You can also get to the city center quickly by car where there are also cheap, partly also free parking options. We found the hosts very friendly and helpful and would recommend this accommodation.
