The “Golden Square” (Carré d’Or) is a chic seafront district famed for its couture boutiques, especially around Rue Paradis and Avenue de Verdun. High-end hotels, including the landmark, pink-domed Negresco, line the palm-dotted Promenade des Anglais. 

The neighbourhood offers a perfect blend of residences, commerces and tourism points of interest. Bakeries, shops and restaurants are all within a stone’s throw. The pedestrian zone “Masséna” – one of the liveliest areas of Nice – is also a few minutes walk away with many restaurants and bars to chose from.

Guests can reach Place Masséna and the Old Town (city center) in a 10 minute stroll. In under 5 minutes walk – you can reach the famous pebble-beach of Nice and Promenade des Anglais. The tramway is also a convenient 5 minutes away – connecting you to all the other areas of Nice – including the airport – in under 25 minutes. Take it up to the Nice Ville train station where you will find connections to all major cities on the French Riviera: explore Monaco, Cannes, Menton or take a day-trip to Italy. The possibilities are endless.

There is also a bus stop just outside the building, that will connect you to most areas of Nice for 1.50€ (single ticket). One of Nice's new cycling lane also runs just in front of the apartment, making it very easy to hop on a bike and enjoy a ride along the Promenade des Anglais or even further off the beaten track. Between the sea and the mountains, let yourself be charmed by the panoramas and the rich heritage offered by our magnificent territory.

This short-term holiday rental apartment in Nice is located near other vacation rental apartments Castle Jolie and Perle.



The building is a well-maintained Niçois building, with a secure entrance and elevator. Our holiday rental apartment is found on the 3rd floor, above street level.  

Should guests require additional space to store suitcases or bicycles  during their stay, access to a locked underground  “cave” can be facilitated. 


Living Area

One room to capture all hearts! Daffia’s open concept living space features a comfortable seating area as well as a dining area for four, adjacent to the designer kitchen. 

Choose between the two set-ups – “day” with the 2-seater sofa set up to be able to relax and catch up with the latest Netflix show on the wall-mounted Smart TV.  

At “night”, reveal the 160cm King size Murphy bed (real mattress) that gently unfolds from the purpose-built wall space. 

Storage space can be found on either side of the bed for your belongings as well as the linen, during the day. 

The holiday rental apartment enjoys both air conditioning as well as a separate central heating unit. Electric shutters and double-glazed windows come to complete this perfect city pad.

Guests particularly enjoy the morning light that seeps through the tall windows, just in time for their morning coffee before their stroll to the beach.



Stylish yet convenient, Daffia ticks all the boxes.  Designed with careful consideration to space and lighting, this kitchen is both gorgeous and functional.  

 Guests will find it well-equipped with all the “must-have” appliances: half-sized fridge, ceramic stove top hob, fan oven, microwave/oven, and of course, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

Bathrooms & WC

This bathroom boasts a floor to ceiling marble tiled shower cabinet with a fantastic Italian rain head.  

Modern in design, a wash basin, clever storage cabinet and toilet come to complete this en-suite. Control the ambient light settings with the different touch-controlled mirrors. 

 A washer/dryer combo machine can be found in the cupboard.

-- Baby equipment available at an additional rate. This is organised with an outside company who sanitise all their baby equipment. Please inquire if required.

-- Beach towels are available in the holiday rental property, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure.

This property is in a perfect location. Only 400m to walk to the beach and there were plenty of cafes and bakeries close by, with a supermarket also just up the road. Beach towels were also provided for use which was a nice touch. The place looked just like the pictures and was clean.

Super schönes AirBnb in toller Lage. Alles war zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar - Strand, Promenade, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants. Auch der Weg in die Innenstadt ging flott und war sehr schön durch die Einkaufsstraße. Das AirBnb war sehr sauber und perfekt für 2 Super nice AirBnb in a great location. Everything was within walking distance - beach, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants. The way to the city center went quickly and was very nice through the shopping street. The AirBnb was very clean and perfect for 2

Le logement est très bien situé et proches de toutes commodités. Le quartier est calme la nuit malgré le passage des voitures en bas de l’immeuble, Étonnant pour un centre ville ! Le logement était propre à notre arrivée avec des petites attentions qui font toujours plaisir Logement bien équipé ! Je recommande le logement aux futurs visiteurs ! Very well located apartment, close to all amenities. The neighbourhood is calme at nights, despite cars passing at the bottom of the building. Surprising for a city center! The apartment was clean on our arrival, with little attentions that are always pleasant. Very well equipped! We recommend it to future guests!
