Located in the historic port area, this beautiful 2-bedroom holiday rental apartment is close to everything needed to make for a perfect stay.
Whether for a quick lunch or a romantic evening meal, French and Italian style cafés and restaurants are plentiful at just a few minutes’ walk. The famous Promenade des Anglais with its beaches and restaurants are only 5 minutes walk away whilst the Old Town with its renowned Cours Saleya and flower market is just around the corner. The iconic Place Masséna with its Galleries La Fayette is just 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by tram.
The port of Nice is also famous for its hidden treasures: known to be the antique and flea-market hotspot, guests can enjoy browsing for the next “coup de coeur” (“crush” , similar to “love at first sight”).
For those looking for a little exercise, the port area is also the start of the Sentier du Littoral which takes you on an adventure all the way to Villefrance sur Mer via beautiful scenery and swimming coves.

This holiday rental apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful Niçois building. Guests will recognise the bright and colourful marron façade with blue shutters.
Guests should note that there is no lift.
The open plan living area is bright and airy. Two French windows open onto the balcony, offering stunning views of the port, sea and hills.
The soft-toned walls and the hardwood flooring which runs through the whole apartment ensure a warm, cosy feel to this serene living space. The owner, an antique collector dealer, has carefully selected art pieces and items that fill the apartment with charm and personality.
A large white sofa with soft cushions provides a comfortable space to kick back and relax when you retreat to your home away from home.
The holiday rental apartment also has a flat screen TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime packages possible, as well as French cable. WiFi is available throughout the apartment.
* The sofa can also be transformed into a double 140cm bed. This property can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 6 people comfortably.

Open plan to the living area, the contemporary kitchen provides everything guests will need to put together meals to enjoy in the comfort of their own apartment. Fitted with a large American fridge, a gas hob, oven, microwave and a combined clothes washer/dryer.
An antique dining table can accommodate up to 6 people.
Set at the back of the apartment, the master bedroom offers a 140cm double bed with bed size tables and a closet. In the corner, a little veranda-like cove offers a space that can be enjoyed as a reading nook.
The second bedroom enjoys two separate single beds (90cm) – ideal for children or friends travelling together.
Both bedrooms enjoy air conditioning.
The bathroom, which is placed in the hallway just off the living area, has a walk-in shower, a washbasin resting on a marble vanity unit, mirror and a toilet.
Decorated in cream and brown tones, it enjoys a rare marble-tiled corner bath – that adds luxury to this beautifully appointed bathroom.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment near the port. It is close to everything, and very spacious. We enjoyed going to the wine bar on the bottom floor. Daniela was very responsive to my questions.

The view and location are amazing! Being able to watch the run rise on the balcony in the morning over Mt. Boron was a great morning routine after going to a boulangerie nearby (there are plenty within walking distance). Watching the yachts come in and out of the port was fantastic too. It is close to the tram, and Nice Riquier train station, making it easy to explore the city and the coastal towns. You can also walk everywhere from the perfect location. Plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The market is within walking distance. The complimentary arrival car service is a nice perk. Great Wi-Fi. Made it possible to do work without any trouble. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes and glasses, and items needed for an extended stay. Washer/dryer is a great plus especially after going to the beach. Full size fridge is great if stocking up for extended stay. Large kitchen table for food prep and meals. Daniela was very responsive when had any questions.

This apartment is ideal, the location is perfect, in walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants and the sights of Nice. Bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen had everything necessary. Wifi was also very good.

Great apartment in a fantastic location less than 2 minutes walk to the Port/Harbour. Close to all attractions and restaurants and the local bus and train service is excellent. Apartment has everything you need and is very well thought out. Very comfortable apartment. I would definitely stay again without any hesitation and the friendly staff cannot help you enough. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

“We had a great time in Nice! The apartment is nicely furnished and very cozy. The view of the old harbor from the balcony in the morning with Crossaint and Café is wonderful. In general, we liked the area around the old harbor best. There aren't that many tourists here and it's quieter. At the same time there are many nice squares and a nice mix of cafes and restaurants. Otherwise, we were looked after very well by Daniela and Jean-Marc! We would definitely come back!”
