Neighborhood
The apartment is situated on the west side of Nice, in the Magnan Quartier. The beach is just a couple of minutes away, as are mini super markets, small restaurants, boulangeries, and pizzerias all around.
This is a great area if you are seeking a beach holiday, but wish to head into the city every so often. The tram is just on your doorstep and runs during the day and night and taxis all night to take you into the hub of the shopping areas and the buzzing nightlife of the Old Town! It takes just 5-10 minute by taxi to the Old Town and Port areas.
There are also ‘Velo Blue’ (public bicycles) available along the Promenade, which you can rent for a lovely ride along the seaside to the Cours Saleya market to buy fresh flowers and produce. Alternatively, an easy 20-minute walk will bring you downtown and in less than 10 minutes to the famous Negresco Hotel.

Building
The building is a classic Art Deco design featuring beautiful elements from the era--marble floors, mirrors, and decorative wrought iron.
This Nice vacation rental apartment is located on the 6th floor (out of 7 floors) affording you glorious sea views. For your convenience, there is a lift to take you to the holiday rental apartment.
Living Area
The beautifully decorated living area is open plan, which includes a dining space—all done in soothing neutral tones. The furniture is contemporary, yet comfortable in this Nice holiday rental. The couch easily seats four and sits opposite the large flat screen TV. WiFi and cable are available with several foreign language news channels including English, Russian, and Arabic. The room opens out onto a large glassed-in terrace, giving the space lots of light.
The spacious terrace has gorgeous sea views and is designed to maximise the view and relaxation, while providing shelter and privacy. The terrace has a wonderful outdoor sofa and table; and the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of rosé with friends or family.
The contemporary dining table easily sits four. In addition, there is a small workstation for writing your holiday postcards or memoirs!

Kitchen
The kitchen is large and modern with dark floors and white cabinetry. It has a washing machine (no dryer), a gas stove, extractor fan, dishwasher, and plenty of overhead cupboards. It is well equipped for those gourmets out there who wish to whip up a wonderful feast utilizing the fresh produce available at the local markets.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom is very romantic. It has a large American queen-size bed (160cm) with a white wood carved headboard. The chandelier adds further charm; as does the soft mauve colour on the walls. There are two bedside tables, each with their own reading lamp. The large window bathes the room in glorious light. However, to allow for a great sleep, all the windows are dressed with heavy drapes and roll down shutters.
The second bedroom in this short term holiday rental apartment in Nice has two single beds and is decorated in a fresh and contemporary style. This room benefits from a small north-facing balcony, with open views over the city. The balcony has a small table and two chairs--perfect for an early morning coffee.
Both bedrooms enjoy individually controlled, air conditioning units for your comfort.
Bathroom & WC
The spacious bathroom shows off slick black stone tiles. There is a stand up shower over a full bath--great for relaxing in loads of bubbles and with a glass of bubbly! There is also a sink with overhead mirror for your daily powder rituals…
The separate toilet is practical for two couples or a family. The walls and ceiling are decorated with fabulous, colourful Parisian marketing prints from the early 20th century.

-- Beach towels are available in apt, but must be left cleaned ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure.

Definitely a good location, more just above the street, shops, coffee shops, restaurants, snack stalls, bakery, tram station, all within walking distance. Air conditioning, tv, washing machine worked, kitchen is well set up.

This property had everything we were looking for. It had two beautiful bedrooms, perfect when traveling with a family. The air conditioning was so appreciated during the heat of summer. The sunroom was absolutely gorgeous overlooking the Mediterranean. The property manager couldn't have been nicer and personally met us to introduce us to the area and make sure we felt at home. I would highly recommend this property.

C'est un très bel appartement sur la Promenade des Anglais, juste en face de la plage. Très belle vue et contient tout le nécessaire afin de passer un beau séjour en famille ou entre amis. Je le louerai sans hésitation la prochaine fois .

This flat is summarized with one word...Wow! Between the view and the space we could not have selected a better place to wrap up a three week holiday. The team was attentive and very respectful. The location was perfect, offering easy access to many of the full service beaches, local shops and was a 20 min walk from old town. Do not hesitate if you're looking for a spectacular and comfortable space.

We truly enjoyed staying at the Parisian Bleu apt while in Nice and loved everything about apt and all it's surroundings. We took day trips to many areas as far as Italy border; Monaco; Villafranche sur mer; Eze; Old Nice; Grasse; Cannes; and yes even Gorge du Verdon! We loved everything and would highly recommend this apt.

“Perfect Apartment”
We stayed at Parisian Bleu with two friends in August 2014 and have to say that it was absolutely perfect! It was lovely and spacious and beautifully decorated with a massive balcony which was just gorgeous. The two double bedrooms are both fantastic - really comfortable beds and shutters on the windows to ensure you have a good night sleep. It also has all the facilities in the kitchen you need! The location is perfect - only a stroll from the beach and to the local bars and restaurants. Big thanks to Dana who arranged our airport transfer and also met us at the apartment and talked us through everything. Nothing was too much trouble! We would totally recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back next year :)

JULY 2014 The apartment is decorated to a high standard and is in a lovely location close to the Promenade with a sea view. We travelled as two couples and the apartment worked well for this with lots of communal space in the living area. The separate bathroom/ WC was useful too.
Dana and her team were brilliant, on hand at any time and left lots of helpful information in the apartment.
Compared to the price of hotels this was excellent value and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Nice.

Nice view and well equipped apartment. The host manager really helped a lot. We were travelling with a small baby, and she helped to arrange all the necessary things. And even yoga and French lesson classes for me! This is almost a concierge service for visitors. We also received good prices for taxi, classes and baby equipment. The apartment is not really new, but it is very clean and well maintained.

JUNE 2014 - This flat was perfect. It is close to the beach and all of the local conveniences: ie grocery store, boulongerie and patisseries, bus stop etc. Dana was the perfect host and really made us feel more than welcome. Check in and out was a breeze, and we truly enjoyed all of our stay. The place is absolutely amazing and just like the pictures. I would recommend this 100% and will be back some year to do Nice all over again!

Good flat very convenient. The building is very nice and clean and the parking the rear is good via a secure gate.
The flat is big and airy and the the view is lovely with a big balcony which is big enough to eat and sleep on.

“Great place with amazing view”
Stayed here for the first time with friends and can say with certainty that I would not even look to any other location if I find myself in Nice again. I was amazed by the size, décor and location of the apartment. Not only has it been recently renovated and features free wifi, flat screen tv and dvd player, but it has an amazing open terrace overlooking the sea and the beach. Service from Dana was just an added bonus as she kindly walked us around the premises and gave us pointers on the location. Overall a great experience.
