Neighbourhood

Bugatti is in Beausoleil, just a stone’s throw from the border with Monaco. Close to the train stain station, bus and lift networks, everything within Monaco is easy to reach. 

It’s about a five to ten minutes walk to Monte Carlo’s famous Casino Square, and the port area, with its many bars and restaurants, is just as accessible.

 

Building

Bugatti is on the 9th  floor of a prestigious modern building with lift.

There is secure underground parking for guests to use. 

Living Area

The smart living and kitchen area are open plan. There is a comfy leather sofa and coordinating furniture including a wooden chest, TV console, tall lamp and large rug, in addition to a glass-topped dining table seating four. For entertainment, there is a 30 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player.

From the living area, you can access the quiet terrace with table and two chairs, a perfect spot for alfresco dining or to share a bottle of champagne before trying your luck at the Casino.  

 

Kitchen

A bold statement with red units, the kitchen has a tall fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, four-ring electric hob and extractor fan with grey worktop and splash back. The kitchen window offers views of the surroundings hills. 

Bedroom

The bedroom, with its view over the rooftops, has a king size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, huge fitted wardrobes, and a window with electric black-out shutters, to help you get a good night’s rest.

Bathrooms & WC

Stylish and modern in hues of cream and brown, there is a large wash basin with mirror, bath with overhead shower, toilet and heated towel radiator.

-- All of our holiday rental properties have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge, organic wine, etc. 

-- Baby equipment available at an additional rate. This is organised with an outside company who sanitise all their baby equipment. Please inquire if required.

-- Beach towels are available in the holiday rental property, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure.

-- Security Deposit: 500€ blocked by Credit Card on arrival, charged only when damage occurs

-- No Smoking, inside property Smoking outside is permitted if there is a terrace or balcony available in your holiday rental apartment.

Very nice apartment, super service and good communication! You can walk to the shore and the casino in under ten minutes. The bed was really comfortable and it was really quiet! Thanks for the nice experience!

Appartement situé à Beausoleil, moderne, propre et très bien équipé. Le lit est très confortable, cuisine et salle de bain très fonctionnelles. Nous avons passé un super séjour en couple dans cet appartement. La climatisation est vraiment un plus, très appréciée ! Idéalement placé, à deux pas de la gare de Monaco-Monte Carlo. Terrasse avec une super vue sur les toits et les montagnes. Catherine a été très disponible et réactive, merci beaucoup. Très bon accueil par Sarah, très gentille. Nous recommandons très fortement cet appartement, nous reviendrons. Merci encore pour tout! Apartment located in Beausoleil, modern, clean and very well equipped. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are very functional. We had a great stay as a couple in this apartment. Air conditioning is really a plus, much appreciated! Ideally located, close to Monaco-Monte Carlo train station. Terrace with a great view over the rooftops and the mountains. Catherine was very available and responsive, thank you very much. A wonderful apartment in a perfect location, with LOTS of amenities! Check in was smooth and easy, the apartment is a 2 minute walk from Monte Carlo train station, it is filled with amenities literally like a home from home. I will definitely back to stay again. Thank you :)

L'appartement au 9ème etage idéal pour des nuits silencieuses. Coquet et que ce soit au départ ou à l'arrivée tout se passe dans la confiance. Nous sommes partis très tôt et pas de soucis. The apartment is on the 9th floor, ideal for quite nights. Cosy, and whether it was the arrival or the departure, everything takes place in the greatest of trusts. We left very early in the day and there were no issues.

The stay was fantastic. The place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transport and walking distance to all main attractions. The apartment is great, very clean and has everything you may need to feel like home. The host was very helpful since the beginning and available at all times we had any questions. The WiFi is amazing. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Monaco.
