Heading north on foot, you can grab the train at the main Cannes train station in less than 10 minutes. From there, you can explore the Cote D’Azur to your heart’s desire.
Building
This holiday rental apartment in Cannes is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful Bourgeois style building. Located on a quiet pedestrian street, it enjoys a central but tranquil setting. The shared corridors are kept clean and well maintained.
There is no lift.
Living Area
Enjoy a bright and airy space framed by three large windows that let the rays pour in on gorgeous days.
The simple soft walls and hardwood flooring in the living room are furnished with a comfortable high quality sofa, matching chair and modern glass coffee table. Perfect for relaxing evenings in front of the large flat screen TV with a DVD and some popcorn. There is a French cable and WiFi box as well.
The wall between the living room and the bedroom is partially composed with glass panes, adding a dash of modern flare to the apartment, but also making the most of the sky-high ceilings and natural light.
The sofa can also be transformed into a double 134cm bed. This vacation rental apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 4 people comfortably.
The living room has its own air-conditioning unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen and dining area are shared in an open plan space with the living area.
The white kitchen with smooth wooden worktops hosts a fridge, a four-ring electric hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. A stylishly efficient kitchen in the perfect pied-à-terre for your stay in Cannes on the French Riviera.
Next to the window is a smart wooden dining table with modern styled chairs. With room for 4, it is ideal for casual dining, late lunches and lazy breakfasts.
Bedroom
Much like the rest of this Cannes holiday rental apartment, the bedroom is modern in design, yet comfortable and inviting. It is fitted with black out shutters for a good night’s sleep in. These can be controlled with a remote control, as can the air-conditioning unit.
This bedroom boasts two comfortable single beds (90cm), ideal for friends, or colleagues coming to Cannes for a business trip.
The two beds can also be put together to make a Queen size bed. When the beds are put together, a mattress comforter is used for ultimate comfort.
Find two bedside tables with reading lamps, and a spacious closet with plenty of hangers and shelves to hang your clothes and store your possessions.
Bathrooms & WC
This new-to-the-market holiday rental apartment benefits from a well-appointed bathroom. Decorated in neutral white and stone tiles, it boasts a glass-guarded walk-in shower, with rain head and hand held showerhead, a vanity unit with wall mounted mirror, washbasin and toilet.

We live in Cannes and were looking to purchase an apartment for friends and family to stay in while visiting and to be able to rent out. As soon as we walked into the apartment, we knew it was the one! It was a real fixer upper at the time but there was such a good feeling about the space and a lot of promise. We recently fully renovated the apartment with a lot of care and spent time thinking through all of the details to make the space really warm, comfortable and inviting. The three large windows allow a lot of natural light to come in and overlook the beautiful pedestrian street below and a wonderful rooftop garden. The building is very charming and well maintained and the location is excellent! The apartment is in the heart of Cannes and within short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and local markets. We hope you enjoy your stay in our beloved apartment as much as we do!
