Far away from the city noises, but still close enough to enjoy all the perks, the location of this vacation rental in Nice is the perfect compromise. Placed above the city, it offers showstopper views.

A nearest supermarket is only a few minutes away on foot.

Regular bus services link Mont Boron to the centre of Nice. From there, you can travel to all corners of the French Riviera – a delight for the explorers in you.

A brisk 20 minute walk will take you to the coast, and an additional 10 minutes to the heart of the Old Town. Find plenty of amazing restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood surrounding Nice Port – now considered to be the new “hip” area filled with antiques, interior design studios and trendy shops.

This wonderful self- catering rental apartment is located on the 2nd  floor of a modern building, high enough to have spectacular views over the famous landscape of Nice and the French Riviera

The building has two entrances: one main entrance at the front of the building, and one at the back, that may be accessed through the parking lot. They both lead to an elegant marbled-floor hallway.

There is an elevator.

One parking space is available for guests to use in the private parking lot.

Upon entering the apartment, ample storage space can be found in a discrete storage room to your left, as well as a large built in wardrobe on your right.


Living Area

Natural light floods this spacious open plan living area thanks to the large bay windows.  Enjoy the delicious sunrays from sunrise to sunset. 

Relax on the comfortable suede sofa or sit back in the leather armchair after a long day of exploring the coast, or swimming in the Mediterranean. Enjoy some TV or a DVD with excellent sound, thanks to Sony surround sound system. Wifi is also available.

The living area of this Nice holiday rental apartment is open plan with the kitchen, dining area and conservatory. In the conservatory, find two wicker chairs and a glass-topped table giving you front row seats to a wonderful sea view over the port. Settle down to gaze at the glimmering coastline, or cosy up with the latest best seller.

Wooden sun-blinds can be pulled down, to provide a little shade, when needed.

Parquet floors, unique art and incredible photos of Nice add to the relaxed feeling of this peaceful abode.

The conservatory leads onto a balcony, adjacent to the bedroom and kitchen.  A sunbed stands there, where you can rest and enjoy the delightful weather Nice is famous for.

*The sofa can also be transformed into a double 140cm bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 4 people comfortably.


This self-catering holiday rental has a beautiful open kitchen. Modern and slick, it is equipped with all the necessary appliances:  full sized fridge, freezer, four-ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.

With superb wooden finishes throughout, there is no doubt one will immediately feel at home here.

A dining table with seats for four separates the kitchen and living room. Perfect for home cooked meals and continental breakfasts!

AC keeps the kitchen and the living room nice and cool in the summer. 



The bedroom in this holiday rental apartment in Nice boasts ultimate comfort with a British King size bed (150cm). Decorated in sunny yellow tones, it reminds us of the colourful Niçois rooftops you can observe out of the bay window, or from your private balcony. Waking up to the gorgeous sea view on your left and the hillside city view on your right will guarantee a pleasant start to every morning of your South of France holiday.

Find two bedside tables with reading lamps and built-in cabinets for your personal effects. Abundant storage space is available thanks to the stylish sliding door wardrobe.

The magnificent views far outweigh the effort of walking & cycling to and from the town and the exercise justifies the delicious fresh produce from the bakery, fishmonger and butcher in the village. There are several fairly frequent bus services anyway near the apartment. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Costa is a really nice apartment. A very modern, comfortable and luminous apartment and, above all, with an exceptional views of the harbor of Nice, the Castle's hill and the Mediterranean Sea. The spacious living room as a beautiful veranda. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is perfect.

We had a lovely stay at Costa - the walk into Nice centre is quite a distance (and feels further on the way back as it's hilly!), but we knew that before we went, so no issues there. There is a bus stop right outside which goes into Nice or to Eze in the other direction. The views are spectacular and everything inside the apartment is spotless, couldn't fault it in any way. Sunlight properties staff are lovely to deal with too. Would highly recommend! (June 2015)

We were greeted at the parking gate and received keys and key fobs. There was a parking for our car and the holiday rental apartment has everything we needed. We had great time and the vacation rental property was so convenient for our needs. We would stay there again.
