Neighbourhood

Villefranche is situated between Monaco (Monte Carlo) and Nice. Considered to be one of the gems of the Cote d'Azur and as well as one of the world's great locations-- simply easy to fall in love with this area!

Whether you want to relax at the beach (about 100 meters away) or go exploring the French Riviera (the train station is 1 minute away and connects you to every single station along the coast, from Italy to St Tropez), it is an ideal location for rest and relaxation. The whole family can explore the Côte d’Azur, as well as take a 3-minute drive to Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Nice international airport is just 8km away.

Building

This delightful, detached, Belle Epoque villa was built in 1880, and to this day bares beautiful features of that era. Kept in top class condition, it offers ultimate comfort in an outstanding setting. There is an enclosed garden, with electrically operated entry gates, surrounds the villa planted with lush palm trees and other Mediterranean plants. Enjoy the terrace with outside dining overlooking the pool.

There is a garage with space for 1 car, a children’s swing, and a sand pit.

There is also guest quarters at the side and a guardian's house at the other side.

Living Area

The living room is fresh and airy with surrounding white leather sofas and chandelier. Ten can gather comfortably around the large open fireplace. Perfect for cosy nights in during the cooler, off-seasons.

In summer there is access directly to the terrace overlooking the pool. Enjoy a few glasses of Rosé or simply lounge around the pool on one of ten sunbeds – enough space for everyone!

There is a dining room with a large table-- perfect for sit-down meals, and family reunions.

Magnificent white décor and marble floors make for very airy rooms that remain fresh even during the hot summer.

* If you are looking to organize a larger event, such as a wedding, the villa can cater for up to 50 guests. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. It is ready to see delicious meals come to life, whether it is to cater for family and friends or cook something divine for that special someone.

A grill/BBQ is also available, an ideal solution for those warm summer nights when you’d rather not step away from the gorgeous views outside.

Bedrooms

Within the 6 bedrooms, there are 2 British Super King sized beds, 2 British King sized beds, and 2 twins. This villa sleeps a maximum of twelve people. It is perfect for families who want enjoy a holiday together whilst retaining their intimacy and independence. Each bedroom in the main house is equal, with the same gorgeous views, walk-in dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an office area.

The adjourning guest apartment has been previously named “nanny house” and is in fact great for that role, even offering its own kitchen.

Bathrooms & WC

6 Bathrooms (all en suite) can be found in this villa, solving the ultimate problem of who gets to the first shower after returning from a long day at the beach. Four of them include bidets.

Security Deposit and Rules

-- 1500€ to be taken by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival returned once property checked for damage. A 500€ block will be administered by valid Credit Card on arrival, charged only when damage occurs over and above 1500€.

-- No Smoking, inside property. Smoking outside is permitted if there is a terrace or balcony available.
